Sanctions by FIFA for football Indonesia

Indonesian football is now on the verge of collapse after the chaos that occurred in Congress PSSI at Sultan Hotel, Jakarta.

Interruptions that have colored the six-hour trip PSSI Congress made the main agenda of the General Congress of the election of Chairman, Vice Chairman and nine members of the Executive Committee was held void because of the unrest that occurred in the congress hall.

Conditions that make the atmosphere of the Congress PSSI run chaos, eventually Normalization Committee Chairman Agum Gumelar PSSI decided to shut down Congress after the judge was no longer conducive atmosphere.

PSSI was initiated by the failure of Congress to produce Normalization Committee chairman's decision about who the next period PSSI Indonesia puts football in serious threat.

As stated in the letter of FIFA's decision on 4 April, FIFA forcefully argued that the tasks Normalization Committee, one of which is to hold a Congress PSSI.

In the letter clearly stated, FIFA will impose immediate sanctions if it failed to hold a congress Normalization Committee PSSI set on 20 May, yesterday (Friday, 05/20/2011).

The impact of the sanctions imposed on the Indonesian national team not only beat the national football. But also hit all the lines that are not directly in contact with the world of sport such as small and medium industries.

It is no secret that every event which includes the Indonesian national team are not directly open economic area like a small community.

Communities that rely on income from a cottage industry kind of merchant Garuda team costumes and a few other souvenirs will obviously come to feel the impact of the sanctions suffered by the Indonesian national team.

"The threat of Fifa sanctions (against Indonesian football) is not only national football off-line but also all who seek money from the world of football," said Anton Sanjoyo.

"Those who seek money from the grass field workers, souvenir sellers match, up to small traders around the field the game will come to feel the sentence imposed by FIFA. It was not added from the professional range of ticket sellers and others. "

Unfortunately this is not taken by the football elite who participated in the Congress PSSI at Sultan Hotel, Jakarta. Rather than save the football country, they would become the main actors of sanctions that may be immediately dropped FIFA.

"The vandals did not notice that there are many parties involved and put hope in the world of football. They do not realize this attitude will threaten the U-23 national team members who actually bothered to undergo military-style exercises in Batujajar, West Java, "he concluded.

In addition to the national team U-23 Sea Games, the two best clubs Indonesia Sriwijaya FC namely Persipura and just make sure the next phase of qualifying for the Asian Champions Cup will also face the same threat.

Both teams threatened removed from participation in the Asian Champions Cup if FIFA football so impose sanctions on Indonesia.
